As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities

Sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck. Achieve safety, sales and credit volume goals; provide excellent customer service and execute in-store merchandising. Operate route with hours that vary by assigned route; route start time can be as early as 3am, averaging 10-12 stops per day; weekend work during peak season may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (Qualifications)

Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Ability to climb in and out of the truck and lift/carry goods up to 50 pounds High School diploma or GED equivalent CDL-B permit preferred prior to start; the company will reimburse the fee after start and CDL-B is needed to perform essential functions; assistance offered if not yet obtained Previous DSD experience is a bonus Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds Compensation

Annual range: $46,985.45 - $63,568.55. In accordance with state law, the base compensation is a reasonable estimate; actual amount may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location. Equal Employment Opportunity
