Job Overview Bray Controls USA plays a key role in ensuring that industrial valves, actuators, and accessories are assembled with precision and care. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a team committed to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Help supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including training
Assist in receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Help implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; promote a culture of safety
Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, safety incidents); assist in developing and implementing warehouse procedures and best practices
Take lead when the warehouse supervisor is out
