Responsibilities

Create and implement customized service plans to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, negotiate coverage, and manage proposals and renewals.

Maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers

Self-starter; highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines

Attention to detail and ability to manage the minute details of a project or task

Ability to interpret complex documents, such as insurance policies with multiple coverages, detailed applications and proposals

Proficiency with Excel, Word, and navigating Agency Management Systems

Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts

Ability to work on a fast-paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire

BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field

CPCU, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty

Experience working with Applied Epic or other agency management systems

Availability to travel for client meetings, as needed
