Vertical Market Manager

to drive business development within the Critical Infrastructure business in the USA. The role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop vertical solutions and is based in the Northeast USA. Business travel is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive business development of the Critical Infrastructure business in the USA Develop and maintain strong client relationships with executives and key influencers, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor Demonstrate a high level of business acumen with an understanding of the client’s business, organization, strategy, financial position, and issues Maintain knowledge of the client’s industry, including trends, performance indicators, and key competitors Collaborate with internal teams and partners to build a winning strategy for our solutions with customers in Critical Infrastructure Build and develop relationships with market influencers and interest groups Understand market trends and opportunities to develop initiatives and strategies Drive service and recurring revenue growth Skills Requirements and Performance Criteria

Sales hunter and growth leader Proven track record of sales and business development within the Professional End User market and System Integrator/Access Control markets Experience in Critical Infrastructure verticals is desirable Strong value-sales ability to build business cases and translate user information into a compelling investment decision Ability to sell technical solutions Experience with customer relationship management Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diplomacy and firmness Self-motivated with ability to plan and manage a demanding workload Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Salesforce / Microsoft CRM and ERP systems is desirable Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus About ASSA ABLOY Group
