About the Role OpenLoop is looking foran
Account Executive
to join our team at HQ in Des Moines, IA.In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow our customer base anddrive revenue. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, managing thesales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires strong communicationskills, a knack for building relationships, and a hunger to exceedtargets. What You'llDo Prospecting and generating new leads through research,networking, and outreach efforts. Managing a sales pipeline tomeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conducting product demonstrations and presenting tailored telehealthsolutions to prospective clients. Collaborating with potentialclients to understand their unique needs and develop customizedproposals. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to secure newbusiness. Building and maintaining strong relationships with keydecision-makers. Staying informed about telehealth industrytrends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Partnering with internal teams (like marketing, customer success, andproduct) to deliver an exceptional client experience. Otherduties as assigned WhoYou Are Bachelor’s degree or relevant experiencein sales, marketing, or business. 2+ years of B2B salesexperience ideally in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare technology. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills. Previous experience working in a startup is stronglypreferred. Familiarity with telehealth trends andregulations. Experience using CRM platforms likeHubSpot. Remote Salary Range $60,000 — $70,000 USD OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, ChristianWilliams, with the vision to bring healing anywhere.
