Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 annual salary—competitive for recent graduates and paired with a structured leadership development experience.

Less than one year of full‑time, post‑graduate professional work experience at the start of the program (Graduated in 2025 or 2026).
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, or project teams.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Agile mindset with creativity and problem‑solving focus.
Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. (with assistance/tools) and perform some physical tasks in a plant environment.
