Responsibilities
Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards. Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards. Assist in completion of all omni fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up. Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes. Support daily store operations such as inventory control activities and other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications
Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours) and at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or platform. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously). Seniority level
