Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to distributors and sales partners, including training, motivation, and strategic sales guidance.

Oversee project tracking and manage sales engagement throughout the value chain, ensuring alignment with sales and profitability objectives.

Lead specification-driven sales efforts by influencing key decision-makers such as consulting engineers, building owners, and government officials.

Coordinate technical support and technical marketing initiatives to address customer needs and drive solution-based selling.

Manage administrative and strategic tasks including CRM updates, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and input on marketing and personnel plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration

5-15 years experience in distributor management, product management or similar industry-related experience

Technical skills/aptitude in construction practices and building product applications.

Experience in the Construction/Building market is ideal.

Ability to travel 50%-60%
