Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. Negotiate sales prices and close deals. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
