Affiliati is searching for a driven Affiliate Account Manager to onboard new Affiliates & Publishers to our network, as well as strategically and profitably grow a portfolio of existing Affiliate relationships.
Position Summary
The Affiliate Manager role is a dynamic position responsible for strategically adding new Publishers to the network as well as managing and growing an existing book of Publisher relationships. A key component is Publisher/offer optimization, which should be carried out through consultative, data driven and strategic management that requires an investigative approach to uncover growth opportunities. In this role, each day will bring variety and collaboration; with the ultimate goal being the recruitment of new Publishers and growth of existing Publishers that successfully promote our Advertiser’s offers that drive gross margin growth within your book. Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows and they are listed in descending order of importance: Account Management: Effectively implement the Affiliate Management strategies and tactics for the company as determined by goal-oriented discussions with the executive team. Business Development: Identify, evaluate, solicit and follow-up effectively with key high value targets through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods including Email/ Phone/ Messenger programs. Account Management: Initiate and develop key high value Publisher & brand relationships to grow the gross margin for your book. Effectively communicate with peers in the Ad Manager group regarding Advertiser-Publisher events such as quality issues, compliance issues, budget issues and opportunities such as requests to increase traffic, etc. Manage the onboarding process of new Affiliates. Become familiar with the offers on the network and proficient at presenting them to our Publishers clearly and effectively based on their needs. This includes being able to select the right offers to present to the right clients. Educate and respond to client rebuttals and objections. Become proficient at providing appropriate feedback to modify & enhance sales campaigns. Demonstrate strong ability to sell clients, maintain consistent follow-up, and implement effective closing strategies. Master the process of vetting new Affiliate applicants who apply to the network in order to maintain high quality and standards. Values & Culture
