Overview
Audacy Memphis is looking to add a dynamic Account Executive to our sales team. You will represent a multi-media, multi-platform portfolio that includes five radio stations, Audacy's mobile app, digital marketing assets, events with sponsorship opportunities, our e-commerce platform, and more. You will have access to sell on a national level across 48 Audacy markets and be handsomely compensated for it.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
Proactively develop new business by using all advertising and marketing assets
Continuously learn and train on new assets and marketing techniques
Create marketing campaigns and strategically sell to local and regional decision makers
Close business and oversee the execution of campaigns to exceed client expectations
Provide exceptional customer service
Achieve sales objectives and goals
Continuously build knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations
Qualifications
Self-motivated, creative, curious, proactive problem solver, tenacious, adaptable, detail-oriented, money-motivated with an ownership mindset
Proven success in selling media, event/sponsorship sales, or digital platforms
Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a track record of exceeding goals
Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital, audio, and interactive
Creative thinker who designs campaigns to meet client needs
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and desire to grow income
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record; proof of insurance if required
