Account Manager

to join our News Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in client support, account coordination, or media operations who is eager to grow within the broadcast and streaming technology space. This role will support the commercial needs of our news clients, ranging from traditional broadcasters to digital-first news publishers, ensuring smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction. This is a sales role reporting into the North America revenue team and ultimately the Chief Revenue Officer. In addition to oversight of the business relationship with the customer, there is a strong focus on revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Client Support Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned news accounts, managing entire accounts or working with other AMs to support Amagi’s largest news accounts. Liaise with the Amagi onboarding, support, and engineering teams, ensuring new projects are implemented quickly and new services are accurately portrayed on customer invoices. Work with Amagi’s finance team on all billing-related matters. Manage regular business reviews with customers and communicate product updates and aggregate feedback for the Amagi roadmap. Monitor performance of streaming and broadcast channels in the portfolio with an eye toward high viewership and customer profitability. Work closely with clients to understand business goals and their own commercial roadmap. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Amagi - new products, channels, and platform expansion opportunities. Support account renewals and prevent client churn and downsell. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, media operations, or a related field. Strong interest in the news media, broadcast technology and the streaming TV ecosystem. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, AI tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Experience in media tech, OTT, or digital advertising is a strong advantage, but not required. Compensation and Benefits: In accordance with

New York State Labor Law Section 194-B , the salary for this position is

$60,000 per year . This salary represents the employer's good-faith compensation estimate at the time of this posting. If the position is bonus-eligible or commission-based, additional details will be provided during the interview process. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the sales incentive plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
