Promote Active Beauty business in the US, building customer relationships, delivering on the customer sales targets and establishing Active Beauty as the best partner in the industry. You will manage your own client briefs across the account working hand in hand with the internal development teams. As a senior member of the Active Beauty sales team, we would look to you to offer main strategic insight to the team, and mentorship and guidance to junior team members, both your direct reports. You will report directly to the Active Beauty Head of Sales, NOAM. You will be located in our New York, NY office. Salary Range: 130k-170k based on experience You will: Grow Active Beauty business in the US, managing both sales and profitability. (Territory may expand, depending on candidate.) Develop client relationships at high levels with portfolio of accounts to make Givaudan the partner of choice. Gain understanding of brand strategies and our needs of main clients, provide targeted solutions to result in sales growth and manage any customer issues/complaints to provide a smooth resolution. Present Givaudan's latest Active and Specialties Ingredients, with a scientific biology angle. Negotiate pricing agreements within agreed pricing guidelines. Manage credit and rebates, where applicable, for important accounts Develop strategic account plans for main accounts including sales forecasts and budget for main accounts, against agreed Indicators; manage opportunity pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans. Provide regular reviews and deliver status reports on project progress and commercialization of projects. Work with other teams in marketing, sales and research to share opportunities and answer the customer needs. Develop and deliver customer presentations.
