Your Mission As Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be the architect behind our wholesale growth in both domestic and international markets. You’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution—nurturing partnerships, crafting compelling sales strategies, and ensuring our collections reach new audiences worldwide. This is an opportunity to put your stamp on a dynamic brand that thrives on creativity and collaboration. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the charge in expanding and energizing wholesale accounts with major retail partners, driving sell-through and profitability. Design seasonal sales strategies and curate bespoke line presentations tailored to each partner’s unique audience. Forge lasting relationships with retail buyers—negotiating smart terms, analyzing performance data, and championing reorders. Masterfully manage inventory syncing and digital integrations using Cymbio and Mirakl platforms to keep our wholesale machine humming. Synchronize with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment aligned with inventory realities. Create insightful selling reports that spotlight trends, uncover opportunities, and fuel data-driven decisions. Guarantee precision in wholesale order entry—overseeing product data, pricing accuracy, and delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with warehouse and 3PL partners so every shipment meets the highest standards of compliance and routing. Orchestrate unforgettable market appointments, tradeshow appearances, and showroom experiences that leave a lasting impression. Work cross-functionally with E-commerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to present a unified brand voice across every channel. Who You Are You bring at least 5 years of wholesale sales or related experience in the fashion world—and you thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re fluent in Shopify (required) and have a working knowledge of ApparelMagic (a plus). You have hands-on experience with Cymbio and Mirakl platforms (required). Your mastery of Google Sheets/Excel includes Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and savvy data analysis. You’re a relationship builder who knows how to connect with buyers and retail partners at every level. You have an expert grasp of wholesale cycles, shipping compliance demands, and ever-changing market calendars. Your organizational skills are legendary—you juggle multiple accounts without missing a beat. Your negotiation skills are sharp, your communication clear, and your attention to detail unwavering—even under tight deadlines. Employment Type:
