Job Description Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors.

Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, remodelers, and homeowners.

Conduct on-site consultations or virtual meetings to understand client needs and present our cabinet solutions.

Manage and track leads through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Marketing:

Collaborate with our team to execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, etc.).

Assist in content creation: photoshoots, case studies, testimonials, and social media posts.

Attend and represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and local partnerships.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

3+ years in sales or marketing, preferably in custom cabinetry, home improvement, construction, or luxury interiors.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (especially Instagram and Houzz).

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.

Self-starter with a passion for craftsmanship, design, and customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (if required).
