Hospice Account Executive
is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase market share through account development and educating the medical community on services, all while operating within a set budget. Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to expand our reach (growth strategy). Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source. Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new or continued referrals. Support knowledge and awareness of our solutions within the healthcare community. Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and our agencies. Education and Experience Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree preferred. Two to three years of successful hospice sales experience preferred. Skill Requirements Effective interaction with diverse individuals. Creativity in marketing and community education ideas. Strong communication skills with a positive attitude. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to drive. Understanding of home health/hospice coverage issues.
