As an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong, lasting customer relations. Job Specifics:
Utilize networking and relationship-building skills to create and expand a client base. Create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships and agreements. Contribute and collaborate effectively with a passionate team. Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of project management experience. HVAC/Mechanical industry experience. Experience in providing superior customer service. Ability to work on a high-performing team. Ability to price simple mechanical proposals using MMC's pricing system. Motivated by delivering first-class customer service. Skilled in managing multiple tasks and multitasking. Aptitude for learning new software as a super user. Driven to help teammates succeed. Physical Requirements:
Ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as needed. Company Overview:
