Midtown Athletic Clubs invites an enthusiastic and proactive Membership Sales Advisor to attract members to our Windy Hill premium fitness club located at 135 Interstate N Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30339. The pay range is $40,000-$80,000, depending on experience, performance, level, and skills. Benefits:

Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner. Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals. Promote and attend club social events. Serve as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members. Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Brings over two years of sales experience with refined presentation and closing strategies that drive results. Skilled at building rapport with existing members and cultivating new leads to drive business growth. Known for fostering lasting member relationships while consistently sourcing new opportunities for club expansion. Communicate effectively over the phone and in-person, delivering compelling membership pitches. Thrives in a performance-based environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Well-versed in all club operations and offerings, with a commitment to cross-departmental support and member satisfaction. It Is Also Essential That You

Navigate our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint). Lead efficient and engaging tours of the facility for prospective members. Stand for extended periods of time (up to two hours at company outreach events). Experience with Workday and HubSpot is a plus. Can lift up to fifteen pounds. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have…
