– Arrow Exterminators Hughes Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time
Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator . The role involves meeting with residential customers, surveying properties, estimating pest control options, and performing home evaluations. You will use sales skills to offer solutions, explain benefits honestly and clearly, and follow a trained sales process to achieve success. This position includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package. Responsibilities
Wake up ready to meet new clients and pursue prospective business deals daily Schedule and keep appointments; perform prompt follow-up Build rapport with potential residential customers Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options Conduct home evaluations, including accessing tight spaces such as attics Recommend services and explain benefits honestly and accurately Utilize the company’s sales process to achieve success and gain new customers for Arrow Exterminators Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Ability to pass and maintain any state licensing/certification exams Ability to work at least 40 hours per week Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions Customer service experience Proven sales ability Basic math skills Benefits
