This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. Role and responsibilities

Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes and policies for the organization. Partner with senior leaders across go-to-market teams to design, build and run critical business capabilities for the sales organization. Help build for the long term as Samsara grows beyond $2BN in revenue. Drive initiatives that bring together people, process and technology for improvements across the pre-sales customer journey. Work with cross-functional teams to land initiatives with clarity and impact. Collaborate with the Salesforce Systems team to streamline systems and processes, deliver business requirements, lead UAT, enhance workflows, and support sales communications. Intake, assess and prioritize requests and improvements based on business impact and effort; shape the roadmap for the function. Design and implement operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and unlock growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Act as a strategic bridge between sales leadership and other departments to translate business needs into initiatives. Embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally. Qualifications and requirements

Minimum: 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles. Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users). Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional. Ideal candidate

In-depth Salesforce CPQ experience. Strong ability to translate complex issues to both technical stakeholders and business leaders. Salesforce Administrator experience is a plus but not required. Experience with Lead-to-Cash systems (Netsuite, SAP, etc). Previous project/program management experience. Familiarity with Product Management and Six Sigma is a plus.
