About The Role As a
Sales Advisor
at GO Car Wash, you’ll be a key contributor to our success by helping customers care for their cars and promoting our memberships. This role involves customer service and sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable options.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Explaining our car wash options and promoting our membership programs to increase sales.
Upselling services by communicating their benefits effectively.
Preparing and loading cars into the wash and assisting with self-cleaning options.
Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the site to ensure a positive customer experience.
What You Bring
A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend products.
Quick learner with good retention of product knowledge and safety procedures.
Energy to stand, move, and engage with customers for extended periods.
Basic Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
