Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic personality to join their team as a Sales Gallery Coordinator. The foundation of their way of life has been about making memorable experiences and a positive impact within the industry and communities.
The Sales Gallery Coordinator will provide outstanding service to internal and external customers, supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments. Responsibilities include:
Tracking daily attendance and training attendance
Setting and updating Sales Executive Rotations
Checking in guests and owners for sales presentations
Answering phone calls and directing to appropriate employees
Taking inventory and stocking kitchen supplies
Keeping café and refreshment areas cleaned and stocked
Assisting with Extra Premiums and reconciling nightly
Issuing Taxi/Uber reimbursements to Guests and Owners
Coordinating with the transportation team
Carrying out reasonable requests by management
To fulfill this role, the ideal candidate must possess:
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to work a flexible schedule
Previous customer service experience
