Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a large medical supply and equipment company to seek a Sales Performance Manager. The role leads a team of 5-10 Sales Representatives responsible for driving new customer acquisition in a competitive, small-ticket, high-volume sales environment. Coach, not just manage : roleplay, field shadowing, pre/post call reviews, and continuous hands-on development Drive accountability : ensure high-activity reps (6+ appointments/week, ~15 hours of phone prospecting, and field prospecting) consistently hit targets Enforce structure : apply proven processes (e.g., WEDGE, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC or other structured methodologies) and hold reps to them Measure and improve : track performance through CRM, ERP, Excel, and dashboards to spot trends, diagnose gaps, and coach accordingly Inspire performance : build trust, motivate through empathy, and instill urgency, intensity, and resilience in the team What We’re Looking For

Experience : 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally within structured, high-activity, small-ticket sales environments Style : strong communicator who commands respect, quick thinker, compassionate but firm, with a coaching mindset Metrics-Driven : demonstrated ability to use KPIs (call volume, appointments, close rates) to drive performance Backgrounds that fit : sports coaching, sales training, or any role where structure, discipline, and accountability are core Requirements : Must live in the Seattle area (Tukwila office – 100% in-office when not traveling) Up to 50% travel (Seattle, Portland, Denver) Vaccinated, non-smoker preferred About Rainier Recruiting
