We design versatile pieces that empower movement and confidence, built to perform and made to flatter. Our workplace reflects the same values we bring to our collections: inclusivity, accountability, and a deep respect for individual strengths. We’re not just building a brand; we’re building a community where every player matters and every voice counts. Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Year of Ours, we believe in showing up for each other—on the field and off. We operate with high trust and high accountability, where every team member owns their role and knows how it connects to the bigger picture. You’ll join a culture that values inclusivity not just in our designs, but in our decisions. We support autonomy and move quickly from idea to execution. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where results matter and culture is active, not passive—you’ll fit right in. About The Role As our West Coast Sales Manager, you’ll lead the west coast wholesale strategy and drive sales growth through strong leadership, strategic planning, and meaningful relationships. You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture where collaboration is key. You’re Not a Right Fit For This Role If … You need layers of structure to get things done.
