Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects while supporting campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations under tight deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with account management, strategy, and fulfillment departments
Act as a liaison for campaign setup, ensuring all necessary information for ad trafficking is provided
Monitor campaign performance, communicate issues promptly, and ensure timely launch of campaigns
Manage Salesforce opportunities for accurate campaign setup, billing, and financial reconciliation
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising or account management
Proven project management experience with multichannel digital advertising campaigns
Knowledge of digital advertising products and current industry trends
Familiarity with Social Media and Google Ad products, including Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
Experience with project management software like Asana or Basecamp
Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting and using tools such as Google Publisher Console and Google Tag Manager
Strong passion for digital advertising and client service
Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities across multiple campaigns or accounts
