As an ENT Sales Representative, you strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet customers’ needs. You conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. You systematically track territory progress, proactively communicate findings with your Regional Manager and exceed goals. On site, you use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff about proper use and maintenance. You meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory and assist customers whenever needed. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that improve healthcare. What you need

5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred Travel requirement

Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile. Physical requirements

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with visual and auditory discrimination, memory retention, reading ability and memory retention. Mental requirements

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise. Manage time, projects, stress and conflict. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
