Are you looking for a rewarding sales position that offers flexibility and financial growth? The Tribute Companies currently has positions at 3 different locations where you can set your own schedule, earn as much as your drive allows, and make a difference in people’s lives. This position is ideal for parents, caregivers, or anyone who values work-life balance. We are looking to fill 3 locations in Wisconsin: Milwaukee, Green Bay and Wausau!
What You’ll Do:
Primary Responsibilities:
To generate sales by servicing new & current cemetery clients. Specific Duties: Prospect every day - Make the necessary telephone contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via cold, at-need, pre-need follow-up, door knocking & seminars. Meet and exceed established sales quotas. Follow up with all families and generate new referrals. Obtain permanent record files on all sales. Personal deliveries of deed, legal work and coupons (obtain permanent record files & referrals). Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM System. Lead in and attend all of the committal services of the families you assisted in authorization appointments. Submit necessary sales and activity reports on a weekly basis to Director of Sales and Office Manager. Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to: Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery. Community members. Organizations, associations and churches within the community. What We’re Looking For: Combination of strong customer service with sales background. Strong networking and prospecting abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A results-oriented mindset and passion for closing sales. Excellent follow-up and follow-through. Why Join Us?
