Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals. Koeppel Hyundai is the newest dealership to the Koeppel Organization. Koeppel has been around for more than 83 years. We are currently seeking assertive, results-orientated individuals who have previous auto sales experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven work history in commission-based sales. Presentation skills and the ability to multi-task are critical to this position. Responsibilities

Sales Representatives spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options

Sales Representatives commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

Maintain all required training

Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles

Follow up with customers and return email / voicemail

Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals

Qualifications

Valid driver license with a clean driving record.

Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Strong closing ability.

Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate must have a powerful desire to succeed.
