The Role We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our growth across Europe based in Germany. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and managing distributor networks.
For this position, we are specifically seeking candidates with strong experience in distribution sales management, particularly those who have successfully built and managed distributor networks. If your background is primarily in OEM sales, this role may not be the best fit, as our focus is on distribution channels rather than direct OEM sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track performance, and optimize sales activities
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Analyze sales data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales efforts with operational goals
Key Requirements
Proven track record in sales, ideally within a similar industry
Experience in technical sales
Experience managing remote territories and distributor networks
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus
