City of Hope is seeking a Research Associate I to join Dr. Elizabeth Budde's T Cell Therapeutics Research Laboratories. This role involves fast-paced research in cutting-edge technology, immunotherapeutic programs, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to critical illnesses. here . As a successful candidate, you will be: Conduct tissue culture, maintaining cell cultures and applying aseptic techniques for various cell lines, especially T cell lines. Perform T cell functional assays, including cytotoxicity, cytokine production assays, and ELISAs. Conduct cell staining for Multicolor Flow Cytometry and analyze flow cytometry data. Assist in murine surgical procedures, tissue harvesting/preparation, and contribute to revising/maintaining lab protocols. Provide routine lab support and maintain activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Your qualifications should include: Bachelor’s Degree Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skills City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
