You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals as part of our Baltimore team. We are committed to providing strong training and development, tools, and support to help you grow your career as a Home Remodeling Trainee. Responsibilities
Meet at the warehouse 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load company trucks Drive to customers’ homes, greet clients, and establish rapport Perform controlled demolition of bathtub/shower areas as required Install new bathtub/shower pans and acrylic wall surrounds; update plumbing as needed Maintain high attention to detail and keep customer homes clean after installation Obtain necessary signed documents and payments from customers and return them to the warehouse What It Takes to Succeed (Qualifications)
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or a strong willingness to learn Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately read a tape measure Valid Driver’s License Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems (two-factor authentication) Benefits
