We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Banquet Cook, you will collaborate with chefs and event staff to meet deadlines, accommodate dietary restrictions, and ensure smooth food service. Follow recipes and prepare dishes as per banquet menu Prepare large quantities of food while maintaining consistency and quality Cook and assemble dishes according to event schedules Present dishes attractively and consistently for service Coordinate cooking times to ensure all dishes are ready simultaneously Work closely with chefs, servers, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service Prepare dishes for dietary restrictions, allergies, or client requests Adapt to last-minute changes in menu or guest count Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation following food safety guidelines Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills Ensure food meets quality and taste standards before serving Comply with all health and safety regulations to minimize risk Qualifications
