F&B Managers, Supervisors, and Outlet Team Members Position Summary The Director of Outlets is responsible for the leadership, direction, and overall operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, lounges, pool service, in-room dining, and any other assigned F&B venues. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, drives financial performance, and maintains brand and service standards. The Director of Outlets provides strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability. Operational Leadership

Direct and oversee the daily operations of all outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning. Maintain consistent service standards across all F&B venues in alignment with the hotel’s brand. Monitor guest flow, service speed, and quality to ensure optimal experiences. Partner with the Culinary and Banquet teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Financial & Business Management

Develop annual business plans, operating budgets, and forecasts for outlets. Monitor financial performance and analyze variances, adjusting operations as needed to achieve targets. Ensure cost controls in areas such as labor, food, beverage, and supplies. Maximize revenue through upselling, promotions, and creative programming. Monitor inventory, approve purchases, and oversee accurate reporting of revenues and expenses. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans. Promote a positive work environment and culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence. Provide leadership presence on the floor to engage with guests and staff. Guest Service & Quality Assurance

Ensure outlets consistently deliver excellent guest experiences. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Implement systems for monitoring guest satisfaction and feedback. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create promotions, events, and activations that enhance guest engagement. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience:

Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position overseeing multiple outlets. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Exceptional leadership and team development abilities. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and industry best practices. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safety and Alcohol Service certifications (where required). Working Conditions

Fast-paced hospitality environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with guests and staff for extended periods. May involve lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs.
