Description
– Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) - Emergency at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 10-hour mid-shifts. Our Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that sees an average of 240 patients per day. We are Level 4 Trauma Certified and a Stroke and STEMI receiving department. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse reporting to the unit director/manager who utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. Required Qualifications
BSN – Bachelor\'s Degree from School of Nursing. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital. Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience. Leadership experience. Shared Governance experience.
