Family Intervention Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide in‑home counseling services to at‑risk youth and families.
Manage a caseload of four to six families, meeting with youth and families three times per week.
Offer after‑hours support on a rotating on‑call schedule.
Collaborate with teachers, community members, and court staff to coordinate services.
Maintain a strengths‑based, evidence‑based counseling approach.
Participate in weekly individual, team, and clinical consultation meetings.
Qualifications
Preferred: Master’s degree in social services or related field.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related discipline.
Experience working with at‑risk youth and families, preferably in a clinical setting.
Driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance; mileage reimbursement is provided.
Acceptable driving record (≤3 moving violations in the last 36 months).
Willingness to work an untraditional schedule.
Strong writing skills and proficiency with electronic documentation.
