Executive Sous Chef – Yellowstone Country Club Yellowstone Country Club is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to partner directly with Chef Donny Troutman, F&B Manager/Executive Chef. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will excel in purchasing, inventory management, scheduling, and staff training while maintaining consistent quality and cost standards. The Executive Sous Chef will assume full responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef and contribute to menu development and execution.

Maintain quality standards and procedures, ensuring consistency across the kitchen.

Plan, schedule, and train staff to meet ticket time and service standards.

Execute member and club events, expanding banquet offerings.

Demonstrate a “Can Do” attitude at all times.

Qualifications

Culinary degree or completed ACF/AP apprenticeship program.

Previous experience in a private club, luxury resort, or hotel.

Strong leadership and creative menu development skills.

Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen.
