As a Training Manager, you will plan, resource, and execute world-class technical training instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of Anduril products and each customer’s unique demands. You will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril’s growing product offerings, help drive adoption by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points, and coordinate cross-functionally to support the end-to-end customer experience. Orchestrate the expeditionary delivery of training on Anduril products Lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction onsite at customer locations, including Hazard Zone locations and Anduril test sites Educate end users from military, government agency, and commercial backgrounds on Anduril’s hardware and software offerings Support Anduril’s global customers through proactive communications and detail-oriented execution Create, shape, and manage training collateral for product capabilities and technology to end users Design training curriculums across a variety of platforms, including presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations Ensure instruction and training collateral remain current and updated for new features and functionality Participate in the development of simulation tools and training resources to enhance learning experiences Collaborate across Anduril teams (product development, engineering, design, operations) to capture product updates and support end-user training Serve as the voice of customers by capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing new product features Required Qualifications
Ownership mentality with initiative in managing your own work and potentially that of others Independent collaborator comfortable representing Anduril at remote customer sites Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training Ability to communicate complex concepts simply across various methods and tools Experience explaining technical terminology to non-technical audiences (a plus) Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence others without formal authority Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance Willing to travel up to 50% Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years industry experience Prior military or government agency exposure/experience preferred Standardization Operator or Instructor Operator Aircraft, spacecraft, or UAV operations experience Ability to maintain FAA Part 107 and FAA Medical Class II Salary & Benefits
US Salary Range: $91,800—$137,700 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on compensation factors, including base salary. Actual salary offers may vary based on experience, education, and other considerations.
