Run the day-to-day like a boss—smooth ops, strong profits, happy guests Lead and inspire your team with clarity, confidence, and compassion Own the numbers—inventory, food costs, labor—like a pro Build strong vibes—great relationships with your team, vendors, and guests Motivate and coach your crew to hit goals and love their jobs
Required Experience
1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchens a big plus) Bilingual Hospitality Degree required ServeSafe certified (or willing to get it quick) Flexible schedule – Days, nights, weekends—you’re ready Proven leadership that keeps the team aligned and fired up
