Join Little Champs ABA as a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design ABA curriculum plans, review and update on a regular basis.
Design behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
Qualifications
Current Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
