As a ProSolutions Pump Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling various types of pumps and pumping solutions to customers in a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their pump requirements, offer suitable solutions, and negotiate contracts. You will provide customer focused solutions to our customers’ toughest challenges in industries including: Environmental and Restoration, Refineries and Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Sewer/Water/Municipal, Underground and General Contractors, Pipelines, Utilities and Industrial Facilities and Mining/Quarries. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to the growth of the company’s pump business. What you will do

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals. Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs. Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunity. Understand customers\' pump requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment. Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to meet customer needs. Requirements

3 - 5 years sales experience Experience within the equipment rental industry, specifically within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired Skills

Ability to negotiate with and influence decision makers Ability to sell complex products and customer solutions Adapts to changing business and customer needs Communicates professionally and effectively Drive results through teamwork Self-motivated to achieve goals and deliver results Strong level of product knowledge specific to Pump, Power, and Climate Control equipment Pay Range:
