Aviation/Airport Client Service Manager
who’s passionate about delivering creative, high-quality solutions to airports, municipalities, and government agencies. This is a rare opportunity to blend hands-on project management with strategic business development—without sacrificing work-life balance. What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll wear two hats: trusted advisor to aviation clients and technical lead on complex airfield projects. Responsibilities include: Owning client relationships and leading business development efforts (from proposals to interviews to goal setting). Partnering with internal marketing, technical teams, and leadership to grow the aviation portfolio. Leading the design and management of airfield improvement projects, such as:
New runway/taxiway layouts. Paving expansions and lighting systems. Hangar design, fencing, and airfield drainage (culverts, storm drains, detention systems).
Overseeing production of full airport design plan sets (grading, drainage, markings, NAVAIDS, lighting, etc.). Providing engineering fee estimates and managing schedules to keep projects on track. Reviewing and sealing work while guiding junior engineers and technical staff. Ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, safety regulations, and government design criteria. Traveling as needed to support clients and projects across Oklahoma. What You Bring
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Oklahoma (or ability to secure within 4 months). 10+ years of aviation engineering experience, including project management. Strong background managing aviation clients (municipalities and government agencies). Proven business development success and experience mentoring others in client growth. Expertise producing and delivering airport construction drawings and specifications. Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel), Newforma, and Bluebeam. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach. Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience preparing proposals and leading interviews. Confident presentation skills. Leadership on multi-disciplinary airport improvement projects. Construction administration experience on public infrastructure projects. Aviation or transportation project delivery experience in Oklahoma.
