The ideal Inspector will be organized, professional, and a good communicator; and will provide accurate and detailed inspections reports with all proper documentation of NFPA deficiencies. This position is located out of our Phoenix, Arizona district office. Job Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and services of fire alarm systems. Daily communications with Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements and general status of job. Conducts service calls and makes repairs assigned. Perform smaller repairs, upfits, and internal pipe inspections as directed. Performs other tasks and duties as requested by management. Job Requirements

2 years’ experience in Fire Protection systems inspections. Willing to coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to correct found deficiencies. Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office tools, with experience in Service Trade and Inspect Point preferred. Possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements. Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
