What You’ll Do: As an Elite Direct Sales Specialist for Kinetic, you are an essential part of a high performing residential sales team. In this role you will travel within a designated territory to engage potential customers, build rapport, and sell Kinetic internet, phone, digital TV, and security services to residential customers. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences. This job will require 75 - 100% travel which demands schedule flexibility. Company will cover cost of travel, meals and rental cars while traveling. In this position you will go door-to-door (home-to-home) to speak with potential customers, complete orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing and then follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. As an Elite Sales Specialist you are expected to meet product and service sales quota each month. Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of Kinetic’s products and services. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address customer inquiries and effectively communicate the value proposition. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company to contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team. Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices, exchange ideas, and collectively work towards achieving sales goals. Travel extensively to assigned regions and territories, staying overnight as needed to reach prospective customers in various locations. Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities. Minimum Requirements: A track record of successful full quota attainment as a Core Direct Sales Specialist for Windstream No current active HR Corrective Action or PIP A valid driver's license Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different types of customers and personalities. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy. A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally. Comfortable with frequent travel to different residential neighborhoods as part of the job. Even Better: Ability to consistently demonstrate honesty, ethics, and respect for customers and fellow team members. Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities. Qualifications - Internal: Current Core Direct Sales Specialist role with Kinetic and history of full quota attainment for the past three consecutive months with no active corrective action or PIP. High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of sales or customer service experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
