Annual Salary Range: $40k-$150k Job Description
The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers contacting the dealership via the internet to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent provides a premium customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously to inquiries. This position uses lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiries, update customer files, and track customer interest closely. The agent will be trained to understand all products and services, including inventory, financing, and incentive programs.
