The Entry Level 2 - Project Controls position supports activities such as cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and risk management throughout all phases of the capital project lifecycle. Responsibilities
Assist the Project Controls Manager in developing and reviewing estimates and schedule impacts related to change orders, claims, time extensions, and disputes. Evaluate project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and develop recovery plans. Manage financial reports, including actual costs, forecasted expenditures, and final costs against approved budgets. Develop and review conceptual estimates and durations for projects. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years of related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and strong business administrative skills (presentations, reports, letters, time management). Other Information
