The successful candidate will conduct experimental research in the design, synthesis, and characterization of novel energy materials with a focus on electrochemical energy conversion and storage. Responsibilities include: Electrochemical synthesis and evaluation of electrocatalysts and electrode materials. Structural and surface characterization using advanced techniques (TEM, Raman, XPS, etc.). Development of MXene- and nanomaterial-based heterostructures for energy applications. Collaboration with group members and external partners. Mentorship of graduate and undergraduate students. Dissemination of research through high-impact publications and presentations at international conferences. Qualifications
Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field. Background in electrochemical synthesis and electrocatalysis. Experience with nanomaterials characterization techniques, including spectroscopy (e.g., Raman, XPS) and TEM, is highly desirable. Strong publication record, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team. Application Instructions
