We also work closely with an independent dermatology service. Advanced Diagnostics and Care : We offer advanced imaging (CT/MRI), fluoroscopy, endoscopy and laparoscopy. The ER Immerse Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built to be different from traditional rotating internship programs, it focuses on core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian, including client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. The program uses a hybrid training approach with simulation-based didactics and live-patient experiences, designed around an evidence-based strategy to identify essential competencies. Program Duration/Commitment : 6 month training program beginning summer 2026 (rolling start dates available); 24 month commitment as an ER clinician at USV-G following training.
