Manufacturing Technician Job Responsibilities
Review of engineering drawings for manufacturability
Create, release, and revise flat pattern drawings to support production.
Programming CNC manufacturing equipment including but not limited to the following:
Fiber laser Waterjet Lathe Mill
Create and update documentation of procedures and references for current manufacturing practices. Support production by 3D modeling fixtures as needed. Manufacturing Technician Required Education and Experience
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and CAD/CAM software
Manufacturing Machinery examples: Lasers, Water Jets, Plasma, Milling Machines, Lathes, Drill Presses, Press Brakes CAD/CAM Software examples: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Sigma Nest, Tru-Tops Inch, Boost, SPI Sheet Metal, Mastercam
Ability to visualize space geometry as well as 3D to Flat conversions. “Hands On” experience working with sheet metal and machinery such as welding machines, milling and lathe machines, laser, water jet, punch, measuring tools, robotics, etc. Excellent salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays, your birthday, PTO and sick and vacation!
