Associate Veterinarian – Lake Olympia Animal Hospital – AAHA-Accredited | Missouri City, TX
Lake Olympia Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team in Missouri City, TX (just outside of Houston). We are a well-established, AAHA-accredited, small animal practice equipped with modern technology and a strong foundation of loyal clients and experienced doctors. Opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
About Us
Established and Experienced Team:
We are a 5-doctor practice with deep roots in the community. Four of our five current veterinarians have been with us for 9 to 22 years.
Comprehensive In-House Capabilities:
Our facility includes digital radiography, in-house ultrasound, digital dental radiograph unit, and a fully equipped rehabilitation center featuring underwater treadmills and laser therapy.
Progressive and Accredited:
We are proud to be AAHA-accredited and committed to maintaining high standards of care.
What We're Looking For We welcome applications from experienced veterinarians and confident new grads alike. Interest or experience in dentistry and surgery is especially preferred. You'll be joining a knowledgeable, stable team where collaboration and mentorship are valued.
Position Details
Full-Time Schedule 36 to 40 hours per week - Open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm
Rotating Saturdays required – Open Saturdays 8am – 12 pm
Supportive environment with strong technician-to-doctor ratio
Opportunities to develop special interests, including rehab and pain management

Compensation
Base salary of $130,000 - 160,000
Monthly production bonus opportunity with TRUE no-negative accrual
