The New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns is a leader in compassionate, personalized care for pregnant women, newborns and their families. The 222,000 square foot facility opened in August 2020 and features private rooms, neonatal care capabilities, and state-of-the-art imaging and operating capabilities. Our team is committed to a patient-focused, supportive environment where nursing drives outstanding patient outcomes and continuous improvement of communities.

Position Details If you are a current ICU RN interested in an innovative care model that pairs ICU competencies with obstetrical care to meet the needs of high-risk obstetric patients, this is the position for you. This is a 12-hour night shift at NYP/Weill Cornell University Medical Center, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities Contribute to patient care in an obstetric critical care setting within a dedicated ICU oriented program. Act as a patient advocate, collaborate across disciplines, and participate in an evolving, innovative program that integrates ICU and obstetrical care.
Qualifications Preferred Criteria:
Obstetrical experience
Specialty certification
Required Criteria:
At least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience in an Adult ICU
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification, ACLS certification
Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $128,149-$146,972/Annual
